As first time buyers, we were grateful for the guidance and advise provided by Angela, Stephanie and the team. Helped us secure a deal (luckily before the rate rises caused lenders to start pull products), communicated thoroughly through our sale. We paid for the extra service of them processing all steps of the sale, due to being first time buyers and would recommend this for those unfamiliar with buying a property. I cannot recommend the Southport team enough, their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Sharon and Clare were extremely professional and informative in their whole approach to the level of service they provide, with Melanie, who could not have been more helpful, taking over the handling of the case and chasing everything up in a timely manner. I have used Key Mortgage Advice four or five times to find me Buy to Let mortgages.  They have always been very helpful and efficient and given good advice on the best products available to suit my individual requirements.

They are quick and efficient in processing applications and dealing with any questions I may have.
