I’m a Processing Case Manager, and I’ll have been here for 9 years in January.
Its a great feeling helping somebody obtain their first home and dream home, the process can often be quite emotional for some of our clients and I really do pride myself on giving personal and professional service. At the end of the process I really do feel I have built a lovely rapport with them.
I am usually a free taxi driver for my teenage daughter and almost teenage son. When I am off taxi duty, I enjoy walking, have done some travelling and really enjoy attending music concerts. I also follow Manchester United!.
Nothing immediate, but I am looking at a house move myself in the not so distant future!
