Sharon Duckworth is the company’s director having founded Key Mortgage Advice in 2001 and works extremely hard to keep the success and excellent reputation of Key Mortgage Advice growing and improving.
Sharon lives locally and enjoys nothing more than spending time with family, especially the newest member of the Duckworth family, her first granddaughter who made an appearance in July 2022. Sharon loves horse riding and holidaying anywhere warm.

Melanie Keenan
Mortgage Case Manager
Melanie Keenan is our longest serving member of staff having joined our team in back in 2011, she is based in Preston but helps clients all over the country. She has vast experience in the property market, working in the mortgage sector for over 10 years and at several corporate estate agents previously so provides clients with extensive support during their mortgage applications.
Melanie prides herself on her professional and friendly service to clients. She is also part time taxi driver to her 2 teenaged children!
Melanie enjoys spending time outdoors, walking, watching wildlife, listening to music, travelling and football.

Lynne Baker
Mortgage Case Manager
Lynne Baker is our newest case manager working out of our Preston office. Lynne has been with us since March 2022 but having previously worked for several years at various solicitors as a conveyancer, she is very knowledgeable and offers huge assistance to our clients during their mortgage journeys.
Lynne lives in Penwortham with her partner Simon and spends her free time running around after her two young boys, taking them to their activities and clubs and visiting the local parks and cafés.

Stephanie Brittain
Mortgage Case Manager
Our Merseyside Case Manager, Stephanie Brittain joined our Southport branch of Key Mortgage Advice in 2019 and has over 20 years of administration and customer service experience.
She provides a friendly, approachable, and professional service to all clients and predominantly manages mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion.
Stephanie is married with three young children and in her very limited ‘spare time’ she attends a local choir group, loves to relax with her family and watch a good film.

Brigid Rawlinson
Mortgage Case Manager
Brigid Rawlinson has been with us since 2016 and prior to joining our Preston team as a Mortgage Case Manager, Brigid worked for an estate agent for almost 20 years. She is therefore hugely experienced in the property market and, as such, her role is predominantly focused on securing mortgage offers and helping clients understand and navigate through post offer completion matters, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the process.
In her spare time, Brigid enjoys going on holiday, watching football and spending time with her young grand children.

Clare Ferreira
Mortgage Advisor
Clare Ferreira has worked in the Financial Services industry for 15 years and, in that time, developed a preference for working on mortgages. She now provides customers with mortgage advice in our Preston and Garstang offices. Clare loves helping our clients achieve their property dreams.
She is married with two children and loves spending time outdoors with her family and walking with their dog. She also has a passion for travel and enjoys visiting new places. Clare and her family are huge rugby fans and they spend much of their free time watching the games.

Sean Whalen has worked in the financial services industry for nearly 25 years and has 19 years experience providing mortgage and protection advice. He has worked for high street banks as well as local mortgage brokers, and provides a friendly, professional approach to mortgage advice to help clients understand their options.
Sean is married with two children and in his spare time enjoys running and going to the gym. He is hoping to run a marathon in the next few years

Carole Singleton
Admin
Carole Singleton has been with KMA since 2012 in a team leader/admin support role. For over 10 years she has also been a volunteer at a St Catherine’s Hospice shop in Preston, where she gives up her free time once a week to help this wonderful local charity.
Carole enjoys the theatre and weekend breaks away and although her children are all grown up now, she does have 2 cats who are her fur babies.

Angela Hubbard has been with our Southport office since 2017. She is the first person our clients come into contact with when they call the office or bob in and she always receives high praise for her wonderful customer service.
Ange lives with her husband Keith and likes spending time with her family. She enjoys cooking and baking, particularly with her 2 granddaughters, spending time outdoors walking or gardening and reading. She also enjoys music and the theatre.

Tracey Mayor has been working with Key Mortgage Advice since 2017 and has over 30 years of administration experience in accounts and customer service. She is part of our Reception Team and enjoys customer contact, providing a friendly, approachable and efficient service.

Natasha Moodie joined our reception and admin team at our Preston office in 2021. Having worked in the hospitality industry previously she loves the calmness of working in financial services and always prides herself on her friendly and professional outlook. She grew up in the Lake District and relocated to Lancashire, where she now lives with her partner and two young daughters.
